Add task to match Bug Severity with Case Severity

• Bug severity should align with case severity
• RH Private Keywords should align:
  - Telco-Priority:x
  - 1 - Anything on Daily or Prio list (Jira Label)
  - 2 - any other Sev1 or Sev2
  - 3 - everything else
  - 4 - Maybe for Sev4

@bzvonar we discussed this and maybe it isn't appropriate to set priorities/severities of other teams. what do you think? feel free to raise issue in next dashboard standup.
