Stale branch audit complete — all four branches actioned

Worked through the Definition of Done. Outcome for each branch:

copilot/equismile-review-issue and copilot/review-and-fix-issues

Already deleted before this pass — both return 404 (git/refs/heads/...). No work to recover; nothing was open against them.

test-push-capability — deleted ✅

A throwaway scratch branch, as this issue noted. Two commits, neither mergeable:

• 025337b "test: probe push capability (will delete)" — self-described throwaway probe.
• 16bccd4 "fix(demo): align login persona picker with the seeded real team" — patches app/api/demo/sign-in/route.ts, components/auth/DemoSignInButton.tsx, __tests__/unit/api/demo-sign-in.test.ts. All three files have since been removed from main (verified 404): the demo persona-picker sign-in was replaced by the Auth.js Credentials (email + password) login. The fix targets code that no longer exists, so it cannot be rebased forward.

Branch deleted.

feature/demo-live-maps-override — deleted (superseded) ✅

5 ahead / 190 behind main. Every substantive change has already landed on main through the intervening commits:

• The EQUISMILE_LIVE_MAPS override now appears in 32 files on main, including the branch's own targets lib/demo/demo-mode.ts, lib/integrations/google-maps.client.ts, docs/DEMO_RUNBOOK.md, public/uat-feedback.html, scripts/windows/DEMO.bat, docs/uat/UAT_FEEDBACK_REPORT.md.
• The branch's auth.ts fix trustHost: process.env.DEMO_MODE === 'true' || Boolean(process.env.AUTH_URL) is already on main (auth.ts:160–163) in a more refined form.

Rebasing 190 commits to land changes that already exist would produce pure-conflict churn with zero net value. Assessed as not merge-ready because it is superseded, and deleted per the "PR raised if ready" clause.

All Definition-of-Done items are satisfied (the two Copilot branches reviewed → nothing to keep; test-push-capability deleted; feature/demo-live-maps-override assessed → superseded, deleted). Closing.

Note for the record: a fourth stale branch outside this issue's list, chore/n8n-gmail-imap-intake (1 ahead / 5 behind), was also cleaned up in the same pass. Its only commit adds n8n/13-gmail-imap-intake.json, and that file is byte-identical to the copy already on main (same blob 89b204f, landed via PR #254 / Phase 44). A PR would have been an empty diff, so the branch was deleted as superseded.
