In the wide-layout LOGS panel (right side), mouse wheel scrolling moves in the opposite direction from expected.

Steps to Reproduce
Environment
- WSL2 Ubuntu 24.04, rocm-cli 0.1.0 nightly
- Terminal: (Windows Terminal / WSL)
- Dashboard connected, wide layout with LOGS dock visible
Steps
- Open dashboard → ROCm tab.
- Select Diagnose & fix (doctor) (runs
rocm examine via examine overlay/job).
- Wait for log output in the right LOGS panel.
- Hover over LOGS panel and scroll mouse wheel up/down.
Expected
Standard log-viewer behavior:
- Scroll down → view moves toward newer output / tail
- Scroll up → view moves toward older history
Actual
- Scroll down → behaves like scroll up (shows older lines)
- Scroll up → behaves like scroll down (toward newer/tail)
Notes
LOGS dock uses tail-anchored scrolling (dock_logs_scroll counts up from newest). Wheel mapping appears inverted for this model. Reproducible whenever job output streams to the LOGS dock (e.g. rocm examine output).
Suspected code area
resolve_mouse maps ScrollDown → positive delta → scroll_dock(+3), but tail-anchored logs likely need the opposite sign.
