Missing counters in Kokkos run?

I am currently trying to Profile a Stream benchmark. When profiling the Hip version I get all of the counters I need to be outputted in the analyze step. However, when I do the Kokkos version it is missing tons of counters. Of note, the speed of light is only 5 or so rows long. Is there a reason for this? It's hard to have that comparison. Or are there some arguments I'm missing...
