Problem when upload shape layer and then download it

Hello Geoshape developers, i have a problem when i upload a shape layer in UTF-8, this is viewed in geoshape as it was a latin1 layer, and the especial characters (ñ, á, ü, etc.) are changed. Then when i download the layer as shapefile zipped from geoshape, the layer is in UTF-8 but the special characters are changed in the bdf table. I found that if i upload a shape in latin1 encoding, it is viewed correctly with all especial characters, but when i download it take UTF-8 encoding and the characters are changed.

I noticed that when i download the layer in shape zipped format always it is in UTF-8 as this link:
http://geoshape.domain.com/geoserver/wfs?format_options=charset%3A**UTF-8**&typename=geonode%3ACTEST010&outputFormat=SHAPE-ZIP&version=1.0.0&service=WFS&request=GetFeature

My cuestion is how i can change to this link will be in the charset that i upload the layer, example latin1, but without i have to change in the url each time when i download the layer.
