chore: Bump zny-nomp version to 1.2.10 and update block-notify script path

- Updated version in package.json and package-lock.json from 1.2.9 to 1.2.10.
- Changed the block-notify script path from `scripts/blockNotify.js` to `scripts/cli.js`.
- Ensured consistent formatting and improved code readability in init.js by adding spaces in various places.
