While custom music plays back just fine, it does not loop as expected and stop playing after the track concludes.
Details
When applying custom music, the custom music will all play back correctly and will stop correctly if commanded to stop. It will also start correctly if commanded to start. But if a track is not commanded to stop and is expected to loop, it does not loop. It only plays once, then no audio until the next time the cellMusic stops and switches to another track.
Seems to be related to #12369 but that issue seemed to claim the issue had something to do with ID3 tags on Windows. However, none of the MP3 files I use have any metadata whatsoever in them. Here is a mediainfo dump to show what I mean (all my custom music files are like this):
