[Feature request] RPCN Friends Shortcut Next to the 🎮 Pads Icon

I think a shortcut to RPCN friends which would fit nicely next to 🎮Pads would be a nice thing to add. It would be useful to quickly check who's online or has sent friend requests but with 1 click instead of 3.

Details

As we all know, on the RPCS3 menu, there's a row of shortcuts for Open, Refresh, FullScreen, Stop, Start, Config, Pads, List, Grid, a slider and a search bar.
I think 1 should be added for RPCN friends which would fit nicely between the shortcut for Pads and the shortcut for List so instead of going to configuration - RPCN - Friends - to see the friends list, its now just 1 big button which would be much more convenient for everyone.

I've thought of something else to add to this. A notification icon like this for when you get friend requests since the only way you know if you've received any friend requests is if you manually check or if you are sent 1 while in a game with RPCN enabled which only appears in the top left corner for a few seconds.
