I think, I enabled loop pattern detection in the config and while starting Metal Gear Solid 4 he found something.

You can find the infos in the screenshot and I hope you are able to do something with it.

This is technically not an issue, I wanted to collected some data abput games that has it. Sorry for the confusion.

I can't really find a game that doesn't have the message in the 1st time generation of spu cache.
Consecutive boots of the game typically do not have this report to developers message. With significantly less appearance if present at all. I gave up trying to create a list because the list is all of the games just on creating a new spu cache near the very 1st message seen after game boot success messages.

Not sure if related, but running on ARM (M3 Pro) I have this message on every start of Gran Turismo 5 (Gran Turismo 5 BCES00569 v02.07):
