[Feature request] Allow automatic launching different interfaces upon game launches e.g. Skylanders Portal or Lego dimensions ToyPad

This will save the user having to manually open the interfaces before game launch.

Allow the user to choose a device to launch e.g. the Emulated ToyPad in a custom configuration for Lego Dimensions. This would also remove the main RPCS3 window if launching "RPCS3.exe" with the "--no-gui" parameter which will declutter the interface.

I think what the user actually wants is a way to interact with the figures with a native overlay

i think there currently isnt a way to open something like the toypad ui unless you launch the game from the rpcs app so adding something like --toypad to the shortcut should automatically launch the toypad ui in a new window. i personally use shortcuts to launch my games and having to open a game from the app for the toypad ui is not a good experience
