Quick summary

On macOS, I'm seeing RPCS3 crash almost always after a game is stopped and then started again in the same application instance. This will happen whether it is loaded again from the game list UI or a save state is reloaded while the game is running.

Details

To replicate, launch a game from RPCS3 on macOS. Close the game, returning to the game list UI, and then launch the game again. The issue also occurs if a game is running, and then a save state file is loaded from the menu bar action.

Tested with Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker [NPUB30611].

Rarely, this issue doesn't occur at all through repeated game starts from the same application instance. I am not sure how to replicate that state, but it just happened as I was testing it. Only after quitting RPCS3 (normally) and relaunching it did I see the crash consistently again.
