Hi

i get heavy stutter in gow3 from build 0.0.28-15404 onward. The last build without this issue is 0.0.28-15401.
so I was making screenshots and logs to add to this post when I accidentally noticed that stutter isn't present when the RPCS3 window isn't in focus so I tested again using the latest build (0.0.35-17687 as of this post) and the stutter situation was the same.
after some more searching the solution was giving "low" priority to rpcs3 in the task manager every time I start RPCS3 or change the SPURS number in the advance tab to "3 or 2" and It appears that the problem is directly related to my weak CPU (i5 9400F 6c/6t).

so I just leave this here for googlers...

what is the downside of setting SPURS to anything other than default?
