Too many renderpasses per frame on NVIDIA drivers

Performance is horrible on Nvidia drivers, seems to affect a ton of games, most notably Ratchet & Clank Crack in time and TOD. Even a 4090 is being brought to its knees at 720p/100% scale.

I tested the first level of both ToD and ACiT - Disabling anti aliasing increases performance in ToD, doesn't increase performance in ACiT. On a RTX 3080 I'm also GPU limited at 720p/100% scale in ACiT.

Enabling Anti-Aliaisng only does something if the game uses MSAA in the first place. If the game doesn't use it then it wont do anything. The auto setting doesn't turn it on, it just lets the game use it instead of force disabling.

Both games make use of anti aliasing and disabling it makes a visible difference, especially in A Crack in Time. In ToD the difference is smaller but still there (The Wiki actually recommends disabling AA when upscaling cause for lower upscales like 200%, it makes the image look pixelated).

will games such as KZ and Resistance be affected by the incoming PR? They use few CPU and all GPU on my current HW (7800X3D and the well known GTX 970)

Super excited to try this one, I tested ToD on one of the recent builds and the performance already seemed improved compared to what I remember from couple years ago - even the infamous flamethrower weapon didn't seem to cause serious issues anymore. Looking forward to further improvements with this upcoming PR! Thank you for sharing this info and your work!
