It would be helpful to be able to use the controller to manage Skylanders Portal, Infinity Base, and Dimensions Toypad while in game, possible via the emulated PS3 menu.

I think that the Emulated PS3 menu when pressing the PS button on PS controllers (or whatever it's mapped to on other devices) could have the options for the above Toys to Life emulated devices, so characters could be chosen with a controller.
Maybe an option could also be added to specify a folder that each option opens up to, if we have the character files saved in different locations.
Preferably, the new controller compatible GUI menu would also display icons, as I created shortcuts to character files with icons of the figure it would be.
So the GUI would need the specified path to open/search in, and then be able to open folders with the mapped PS X button on whatever device is being used and closed with the mapped PS O button, and character/item files (and shortcuts to them) could be selected with X again.
This would streamline gameplay especially for those like me playing on tvs, to not have to move to a desk every time a character change is required.
