Pretty sure this blames the wrong build. 19559 only touches Vulkan code, if that was the offending build, the game would work on OpenGL.

It does not work with Vulkan either.

@shadyhere You need to wait some time because it has very slow SPU compilation but it does get not crash with #18979

Got it. Yeah, the FIFA games also have those weird issues with names not showing up on the back of the kit. Oddly enough, FIFA 09 is the only one without that issue, but I digress. At least I can still play this with another build.
