Describe the bug
Opening the 'Save Options' menu moves the overlay relative to the portrait or background

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open an image and select an overlay
2. Click on 'Save Options'
3. See error

Expected behavior
The overlay (or other layers) should not move when window menus are opened.

Out of curiosity, what resolution is your screen?

This seems to be an issue when the window does not have enough vertical space to fit the Save Options panel. I'm seeing two contributing factors:

1. The Save Options panel is not scrollable, so it forces the scene size larger even if the window can't fit it.
2. The overlay and portrait both attempt to be centered, but they have slightly different points where they "give up" on that. This is obvious when manually resizing the window vertically - at most sizes both stay centered, but the portrait will give up on being centered at a slightly larger window size than when the overlay gives up.

Screen resolution is 1920x1080, but the scaling factor (an option on windows) is set to 150%.
This seems to be the recommended option at least for my laptop. Changing this to 100% or 125% resolves this issue.
