Options for walls & doors

There's been a lot of feedback around the new walls and the pending addition of doors in #5288. And the community libraries that currently offer doors come with lots of great features that would be nice to see in the built-in doors. So I figured I would create this discussion as a place to gather the various requests and we can talk about what should be built-in and what should be relegated to libraries.

We can grow a task list as FRs are created. For now, here's a running set of ideas:

• Walls (general)
  • Improved tools: [Feature]: Improved mouse support for V/MBL Walls. #5271
  • Directional movement blocking
  • Improved directional vision blocking to replace hill, pit VBL.
  • Attach terrain modifiiers to walls (steep hillsides, etc.)
  • Conditional movement blocking (allow swarms or gaseous forms through a portculliis)
• Doors
  • Basic toggle doors: [Feature]: Add basic door and window functionality to walls. #5288
  • Secret doors (conditionally hidden from players)
  • Directional doors (can only be opened from one side)
  • Locked doors
  • Hinged / rotating doors
  • Sliding / pocket doors
  • Keyhole peeking
  • Cracking open
  • Actions (breaking, prying, picking) and reactions (traps)
  • Animations (opening & closing at least)
  • Linked doors
  • Continuous doors (open by any amount)
  • Proximity, ownership and other checks on tokens trying to open doors
• Macro functions
  • CRUD for walls & doors
