"Unrouted" T-Junctions can duplicate items

Hello, cross posting from the Tekkit SMP issues board.

LogisticsPipes can duplicate items by having a provider and requester with an "unrouted" T junction to an extractor pipe.

I've had to cut the video a bit and speed it up to fit within GitHub's limits but it's easily creatable in single player.
