0.10.0.79 for 1.7.10 has broken soldering station (it has no recipes)

0.10.0.79 (latest available for 1.7.10) has broken soldering station (it has no recipes). Also tried 0.10.0.77, same result.

I tried to upgrade to GTNH version (logisticspipes-1.4.23-GTNH-pre) and it works (on the same world and setup), but it requires too much gtnh-specific dependencies, including their versions of NEI and Buildcraft.

So maybe somebody could backport fix for soldering station? And, if possible, publish it to curseforge, as currently there is no 1.7.10 version published at all.
