Inventory System Connector bug

The Inventory System Connector (ISC) accepts more items even when the adjacent inventory is full. Those items get stuck in the ISC while its constantly trying to put them into the inventory even though I made a longer alternative route around the ISC but the items aren't using it.

This is the correct current behavior, as there is nothing in place checking for a "blocked" route.
