Adjust patch file to handle addition of CITATION.cff to templates

A citation file has now been added to the workbench-template-md and workbench-template-rmd repositories, so the patch file will need to be modified.

@ubdbra001 has created an updated patch file for rmd templates (see #25 ) but unfortunately it doesn't apply cleanly to markdown templates so we will need to maintain separate patchfiles.
