redgifs embedding in reddit feeds

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users use redgifs (nsfw vids/gifs) more and more and RSS Bridge/Reddit bridge only includes a link to the gif.
On the reddit site these are embedded and ready to play.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of a link to redgifs, embed the video.
Videos in general are embedded by rss bridge, Youtube content for example. Something similar to that.

this issue might have been fixed partially in recent commits by not escaping <iframe>.

Doubt it, but the bridge can now do iframes for embedding and with that provide a more consistent experience compared to the real reddit feeds.
For example by detecting the link that reddit would auto-embed, and adding embed code for it.
