Top page 's design is necessary to update for user experience!

In the course of researching the RSS3, I encountered one design bug.

I tried to take a screenshot and signed some issue of design.
As you can see, there are some awkward parts that is necessary to update.
The homepage title feels too far up.
Also, there is a white blank space at the bottom on mobile.
If the two buttons were aligned side by side, it would improve usability and user experience.

I think that is a good proposal for updating the User experience.
I will give it a try to update it for mobile.
