Folo crashed on domestic tablets that lack Google Play

Describe the bug

The Folo Android app currently suffers from more than just a login dependency; on most domestic tablets that lack Google Play, it crashes immediately upon launch. Other apps that support Google sign-in, at worst, simply fail to log in—but they don’t crash. We sincerely hope the hard dependency can be removed.
