Hi, I was looking around in the web app when I clicked TTS. At first, the TTS was not working properly. It was stuttering again and again. I decided to report the issue. But on the next try, when I was recording the TTS was not working. When I reload the page it was working fine.

Fixed on dev in commit 4ab06f42b.

Root cause: desktop web TTS streams schedule decoded audio chunks with AudioContext. If decoding finishes after the audio context clock has already advanced, the next chunk could be scheduled in the past, which may cause stutter/overlap or leave playback in a bad state until refresh.

Change: streaming TTS now starts each decoded segment at max(previous scheduled time, audioContext.currentTime), keeping the stream aligned with the live audio clock.
