Retrieve scchool by name doesn't work for some schools. #1632
Description
In your documentation, it says if you use this field value "..../school.name=New%20York" you will get schools matching that input. However, it doesnt work for some schools. For example, If I was to search for St. Olaf College. If I type in "St. O" the result is empty. It only works if I type "Olaf". This is similar with St. Thomas.
