National Averages Missing

The yaml file (https://github.com/RTICWDT/college-scorecard/blob/dev/_data/national_stats.yaml) no longer includes the national average values. These values also no longer show up on https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/. Looks like they were removed from the yaml file a little over 2 weeks ago. Will these be returning?

Oldy but goody - would like to add that we would like to see the national averages back as well as getting national averages for field of study earnings data that is now available.
