Can't search programs by title

          I am trying to query the API by programs title, but returns empty error. Now If just set the field to show the titles only and remove the search field, it shows me all the program titles.

The url I am using: https://api.data.gov/ed/collegescorecard/v1/schools?api_key={API_KEY}&fields=id,school.name,latest.programs.cip_4_digit.title&latest.programs.cip_4_digit.credential.level=3&latest.programs.cip_4_digit.title=Computer+Science
Does the API support searching by program titles?
