Using Range and not together

Is it possible to use __not__range together? Looking to find a way to get schools with null for ACT and SAT data.

We do not currently support combining value operations. I attempted to address your use case with other API methods but was unable to produce a work around using the API exclusively. I suggest gathering the requested information from the raw data files.

I am going to tag this issue as a potential feature to address better handling of null values during query time.
