Possible features for Forum

I think it would be nice if the forum has more features such that
Like or Star : Like buttons with the number of users that pressed the button.
Views : The number of users that viewed the forum post.

sounds like a nice feature. but maybe focus on a MVP and get some people use the system, and analyze their interactions before adding the feature?
