Change the default preview from Shift + CMD + P

You're right. Not sure where this one initially came on the table..

I am wondering if we should not align with Toggle Markdown Preview and use Ctrl + Shift + V instead, which translates into Cmd + Shift + V for Mac user, isn't it?

Does it make sense on your side?

Wouldn't it be better off to add the action of preview to the palette and leave it to the user to map it to whatever keybind they want?

Until the issue is fixed, you can still use F1 to invoke the command palette on MacOS, I believe.

@RVR06 Like @GeorgeReevo said, I think it would be better to add a Command Palette action and leave it up to the user to map the key binding.
