Update for ventilation controller

This issue targets an update of the ventilation controller, employed in the ROM ThermalZone model.

• Add clear documentation for ACH inputs
• Add night ventilation option for enhanced passive cooling in summer
• Check if ambient temperature is below zone temperature before enabling increased ventilation through summerACH and overheatingACH (Currently not implemented, which could lead to more overheating in thermal zone)
