Replace UVFlag test files with more recent files

The current files date from the first season of HERA, when the correlator was writing Miriad files. It'd be nice to update to newer files. Currently, most of the UVFlag tests cannot run on Windows because they are using Miriad files.

These files are also used for the testing uvcalibrate on older files for backwards compatibility.
