Feature Request: Support Dashboard and Alerts

This is a request for a Support Dashboard that can be accessed by users that are supporting and monitoring the Nomad app.

The request should:

• have a dashboard with some basic stats like - site use, most recent transactions,
• have alerts for emailing or database issues
• email all users that are supporting Nomad
• allow for banning of users
• possibly hook into intercom to show open issues

Unclear if there should be a "Support" user role.
