When number of holes change, `ffDesign_HoleWizard` doesn’t update

ffDesign_HoleWizard add features to all the holes created by the selected PD hole feature. However, when a hole is added, the new hole remains unchanged, even after editing the dress-up feature for update. Worse, when a dressed-up hole is removed, the feature breaks.

Example error message:

This is expected. The hole wizard commands are designed to create parametric PartDesign/Sketcher features, so the resulting feature tree can be used without the FusedFilamentDesign addon. It is unfortunately not possible to massage such PartDesign features and parametric sketches to automatically adjust with hole count.

If we ever move away from this "addon-independent features" approach, this issue will be fixed.
