Add modelled supports feature

may be a massive ask, but it would be nice to have a feature to add modelled supports quickly in FC.

this would be an outline of the selected face 0.4mm thick up to an opposed face along the printing Z axis.
Ideally there would also be a 0.2mm cut at both the top and bottom end so that the support is easily removed.

This would ultimately be roughly 3 to 4 operations to do manually.

1. enable experimental features (compound objects)
2. pad up to face with a 0.2mm offset to face.
3. pocket the same profile 0.2mm in the reverse direction
4. shell the resulting geometry selecting the top and bottom faces.

I think a better alternative is to generate a second body for the support which is positioned correctly relative to the original one. When you use the part in an assembly, having the support baked into it will be annoying or even problematic. When it is separate, you can still export them both together for printing.

In terms of implementing it, I'd suggest the following:

1. Make a shape-binder of the face and place it with 0.2mm offset
2. Pad this shape-binder the appropriate length (maybe we can provide similar Length/UpToFace/etc. options as Pad does?)
3. Optionally make a second shape-binder with an inset of 0.4mm and pocket it all the way through.
