DOMException on disabled cookies in browser

When customer click on a payment, should be open popup with payment form, but thrown exceptions in the browser console:

Problem can be reproduced with disabled browser cookie:

I would suggest some custom event on which we could display message for customer.

Thank you for your patience. We have found the cause of this exception. However, it can take a while to fix this. We have plans to release the patch in the end of April.
