Adding Filter by Tags #23

Hi @ca-toolsadmin ,
We have 2 workspaces, one for an Internal Customer, and the other for the development team. The way the customer defines user stories is very different from the development team in terms of content. So we plan to use tags to match the user stories on both work spaces.
Can we therefore have a "Tags" filter apart from the "Release" Filter. This would really help, especially when Portfolio items on both workspaces do not match directly but need to be compared.
