Custom Board: Flow State option does not work if scoped to a specific project #26
Description
On the Custom Board, if you scope the app to a specific project and then choose Flow State, it displays the Flow States of the project selected in the browser rather than the project the app is scoped to. It should pull the Flow States from the app-scoped project.
