Is this going to be in the works for 26H2?

[DoomNaybor-debugger]

Just got a notification about it being available for me, any chance this debloater is gonna be patched for it?

Was about to ask the same thing. The new update seems to come with a lot of AI bs rooted deep inside. Would be a shame if we can't remove it.

I'm sure they will, eventually.

Subscribed in hopes of a dev reply and instructions. I did find at least one other debloater on Github but it's clear from the readme that it was not intended for consumer use.

Will not be installing the feature update until I'm sure I can block all AI.

Heya,

I am working on adding more features related to the new update. If there's anything specific you'd like do let me know.

Alright thanks.

Please, I would like is clear instructions for consumers who ran your debloater on a prior/current version of Windows to safely upgrade to 26H2. Will debloater break the upgrade? Will the upgrade break debloater? What must I do or not do to avoid any spying, phoning home, or AI usage on my system? Do I need to rollback all debloater changes before the update and then reapply them?

As it stands now my belief is that it is not safe for me to install 26H2 until I hear some assurance. I realize that there are probably so many levers and buttons involved that there is no way to guarantee a safe migraition for all users, but some sort of migration tutorial will be needed for peace of mind.

Heya, there's nothing you need to do related to Win11Debloat before you upgrade your own machine to 26h2. Win11debloat sticks as much as possible to standard Windows methods for app removal and applying changes as to prevent issues with updates. I personally have never encountered issues after updates.

If you don't have a Copilot+ PC with an NPU, the 26H2 only adds additional ways AI tools like Copilot can be used inside Windows. If you already deleted/disabled those AI tools previously there's really nothing new. As for Copilot+ PC's, there do seem to be some new features, but from what I can find, not all can be officially disabled. I am trying to find ways to do so anyway.

There are new customization features/settings related to file explorer, taskbar and the right-click context menu. I will be working on adding those as soon as possible.
