新版cls模型支持

PaddleOCR发布了两个新版的文本行方向分类模型，考虑集成。

支持cls的paddle，torch格式模型

刚才调研了新版模型。发现其输入shape由原有的 $3\times 48 \times 192$ → $3\times 80 \times 160$。

这里就需要考虑兼容旧有shape，来改动相关代码了。
