update shortcut help menu for new navigation shortcuts (home/end/i/etc)

Problem

New shortcuts like 'i' and 'Shift + i' are not currently accessible through the context menu.

Request

Add all new shortcuts (i, Shift+i, etc) to the context menu. This would help users access all features while requiring less cognitive load, or would allow users with less access to inputs (can't use the entire keyboard) access all features.

Alternatives considered

Adding the shortcuts to the shortcut menu, but this would be less accessible.

Add the new shortcuts to the shortcut help menu, not the context menu

We've discussed how much to add to the context menus in the past, and it is a lot of cognitive overload to add too many things to it. The context menu should be reserved for more common actions. These shortcuts in particular are only useful to screenreader users, so adding to them to the context menu for everyone does not make sense (we cannot detect if a user has a screenreader in use).

However they should be added to the shortcuts menu
