Major, minor, patch editor-ui deployments

toggle builds for major, minor and patch e.g. v1.2.3 would trigger a build for v1, v1.2 and v1.2.3

This will enable users of the web component to follow whichever level of build they desire without requiring a full rebuild or env var update purely to bump
