New student projects 'auto remix' on open #1192
Description
When a student opens their project for the first time it should auto remix to ensure it has been saved and no work is lost.
Note:
This was held back from MVP owing to concerns about the auto remix functionality being flaky, this should be resolved, but exhaustive testing should be implemented to ensure stability.
