The cutoff for significant p.placp.plus

Thank you very much for developing and upgrading this useful tool!

I am using PLACO+ to identify pleiotropic variants of 2 correlated traits. Using p<5e-8 might be a little bit conservertive as I couldn't find as many pleotropic variants as I expected. Could I use 1e-6 or even 1e-5? What's your suggestions?
