Larger GPU batch size?

I'm running the deduper on a 5070ti (had to rebuild from source for new NVidia compute model). Even with maximum batch size of 64 in the GUI the GPU is barely loaded and entire system can much more. Is it possible to increase batch size somehow further or optimise in some other way?

The GPU batch size slider cap has been increased from 64 to 256.

I've also added I/O prefetching for GPU batch processing. Multiple batches are loaded in the background while the GPU processes the current one.

Please pull the latest version to get these changes.
