User Agreement

By using SpotTUI, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Warranties from Spotify

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • SpotTUI makes no warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify AB
  • Any use of Spotify's services through SpotTUI is subject to Spotify's own terms
  • All warranties regarding Spotify's platform and services are provided solely by Spotify AB
  • SpotTUI expressly disclaims all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Having a valid Spotify Premium account - Spotify Premium subscription is required for playback control
  • Compliance with Spotify's Terms of Service - Your use of SpotTUI must comply with all of Spotify's terms, conditions, and policies
  • Your own use of the application - SpotTUI is not responsible for how you use this software
  • Maintaining the security of your Spotify credentials - Never share your Spotify account credentials with others

3. Spotify Terms of Service

By using SpotTUI, you acknowledge that:

4. Third-Party Beneficiary

Spotify AB is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement.

This means Spotify has the right to directly enforce this User Agreement as it relates to Spotify's intellectual property, services, and terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify or create derivative works of the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, or Spotify Content
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Spotify Platform, Spotify Service, and Spotify Content
  • Bypass or circumvent any technical measures used by Spotify to protect its services or content
  • Use SpotTUI for commercial purposes without proper authorization from Spotify (see Spotify Developer Terms)
  • Train AI or machine learning models using Spotify Content accessed through SpotTUI
  • Capture, record, or redistribute Spotify audio content (stream ripping)
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6. No Affiliation

You acknowledge that:

  • SpotTUI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB
  • Spotify is a registered trademark of Spotify AB
  • Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB
  • SpotTUI is an independent, unofficial client for the Spotify service

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SpotTUI and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this software
  • SpotTUI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • In no event shall SpotTUI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages
  • Your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with SpotTUI is to stop using the software

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpotTUI and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of SpotTUI in violation of these terms
  • Your violation of Spotify's Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

9. Termination

SpotTUI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to this software at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of SpotTUI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

This User Agreement is provided in compliance with Section V.11 of the Spotify Developer Terms.
