A14澎湃2.0开启高级材质，下拉通知栏左右滑页面闪烁

Reproduction steps | 复现步骤

在桌面下滑通知栏，左右滑会整个页面闪烁（控制中心页面闪烁的更厉害）。
打开任意app后，下滑通知栏，左右滑则不会闪烁，一切正常。
锁屏静置手机一段时间后，闪烁情况会消失，一切恢复正常，重启之后有概率会再闪。

在设置中关闭高级材质：
一切正常，不会闪烁。
再开启则又会闪烁。
