Duplicate resources after the "Record step" (Win 8.1, Ubuntu 18.04)

When the workflow step is stored ("Record step" button was pushed), all resources appear as duplicated (each file has 1 clone).

Create new step with only 1 file:

Duplicate files appaer (2 files instead of 1):

The same bug appears for >1 files too.

OS: Windows 8.1, Ubuntu 18.04

When the client is switched off completely and after that is started again - duplication of the resources inside the steps does not appear!
