Funding PeerJ submission

I don't know if other institutions here have this, but it looks like uOttawa will cover the bulk (if not all) of the article processing charge at PeerJ.

Thanks, that would be great else, I (= institution) can also pay. And splitting cost is not really an option I think. But let's wait to see if we go to review at least...
